| What
is Pressure Seal?
Pressure Seal documents are one part self mailers,
that provide a complete confidential seal for your
sensitive information. These documents are laser
friendly forms that are not affected by the heat
of today's laser printers. Our Pressure Seal documents
utilize a co-adhesive pattern that is applied to
the document at the manufacturing plant. The co-adhesive
is only activated when the patterns touch and pressure
is applied.
Pressure Seal documents can be created by using
four basic folds. The most popular fold is the Z-Fold
construction. This style allows users to simplex
print forms which will speed your printer through-put.
The Z-Fold design also allows you to utilize two
thirds of the document for information and the other
third for return and outgoing address information.
Additionally, an eccentric Z-Fold is available for
users that like the convenience of simplex printing
but require more than two thirds print area for
information.
The C-Fold and V-Fold construction allow users to
utilize the face of the entire document for information
while printing the return and outgoing address information
on the back of the document by using a duplex printer.
A window patch may be placed on the Pressure Seal
document to eliminate the need to duplex print.
